Flughafen Tempelhof
Designed by Ernst Sagebiel as part of Albert Speer's plan for the reconstruction of Berlin during the Nazi era, it is still known as one of the largest built entities worldwide and has been described by British architect Sir Norman Foster as "the mother of all airports".

Commissioned in 1933 and built between 1934–38 to house the Reichsbank, today it forms part of the German Foreign Office.
Designed by Heinrich Wolff, it is a stone-faced structure over a reinforced concrete core.
