Photo locations in and around Berlin: Flea markets
Berliner Trödelmarkt und Künstlermarkt
Straße des 17. Juni am S-Bahnhof, Tiergarten
Saturday and Sunday 10:00 - 17:00
Started in 1973 this is Berlin’s oldest flea-market, ever more a tourist attraction it does however have the advantage that it does offer articles of quality, from genuine antiques to collectors pieces, and although a genuine bargain can be hard to find, they do still exist.
Across the bridge is the art market offering a wide range of arts and crafts: sculptures from cutlery, pieces of Berlin Wall, paintings, photography, jewellery etc.

One of the best flea markets in Berlin, it’s a real day out with plenty to see and do, with a huge variety of street food on offer, not forgetting the stalls offering everything from analogue photographic equipment, vinyl records, t-shirts, furniture etc, and there’s a burgeoning street performance scene in the park itself.

Sunday 9:00 - 19:00
This jumble of derelict buildings offering everything from harbour clubs, bars, an indoor skate park, a swimming pool club and a bunker-turned-climbing-wall also presents a flea market every Sunday.
Together with plenty of street-food stands, bars and a gallery, there’s plenty to do here for fans of alternative culture.
